Perched at 800 meters above sea level, the Dragon Corridor and Dragon Pearl Glass Bridge complex is a favorite photo spot, drawing visitors as the new cultural and spiritual symbol of Dong Giang Heaven's Gate.
The complex has two main parts: the Dragon Pearl Glass Bridge, 39 meters long and 1.5 meters wide, shaped after the sacred Heaven's Pearl guarded by the dragon of legend, and a covered walkway winding along the mountainside in the shape of a dragon. The Dragon Corridor alone covers over 1,260 m², rising from 3.73m to 8.85m, its architecture inspired by the dragons of the Lý dynasty. It holds the official record for the longest dragon-shaped covered mountain walkway in Vietnam, at 460 meters.
The inspiration behind the Dragon Pearl Glass Bridge comes from the legend of the "Sacred Dragon Holding the Pearl — the Spirit of the Southern Sky." According to local lore, this is the highest point in the region, where heaven and earth meet and sacred energy gathers. The corridor's architecture echoes the form of a dragon, its stylized roof resembling shimmering golden scales — a space where tradition and modernity meet.
More than an architectural landmark, the complex is also one of the best spots to watch the clouds roll in, helping shape the visitor experience and adding a distinct spiritual dimension to the growth of tourism in Central Vietnam.
